Estimates are free. Before any repair or installation begins we provide a written or clearly stated flat price for the agreed scope of work, and work begins only after you approve it. If additional problems are found during the job, we will explain them and quote any additional cost before proceeding. Price ranges published on this website are general planning information and are not a quote.
Same-day service is offered when capacity allows and is not guaranteed. Service windows are estimates; we will contact you if we are running late. Please ensure an adult (18+) is present and that we have safe access to the garage.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash and other methods stated at the time of service. For new door orders, a deposit may be required before the door is ordered; deposits on custom-ordered doors are non-refundable once the manufacturer order is placed.
We stand behind our labor. If a repair we performed fails because of our workmanship within the guarantee period stated on your invoice, we will correct it at no charge. Manufacturer parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. The guarantee does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, weather events, modifications by others, or normal wear of parts we did not replace.
Replacement garage doors in Florida are subject to wind-load requirements and typically require a building permit. We will advise you of the permit requirements for your county before scheduling an installation. Permit fees, if any, are disclosed in your quote.
You may cancel or reschedule a service visit at no charge with reasonable notice. Custom door orders cannot be cancelled after the order is placed with the manufacturer.
To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
